To calm the 3rd Chakra
Duration: 11 minutes
Find a comfortable sitting position with your spine erect, either cross legged on the floor or on a chair with both feet touching the ground.
Close the eyes and bring the focus to the point between the eyebrows.
Using the right hand, block the right nostril with the thumb tip.
Inhale and exhale deeply and slowly for 11 minutes in and out of the left nostril.
