Start Breathing
Breathing Technique: 3-11 minutes
Find a comfortable sitting position with your spine erect, either cross legged on the floor or on a chair with both feet touching the ground.
Rest both hands onto your knees, palms facing upwards. With both hands, place the tips of your ring finger with the tip of the thumb finger. All other fingers are straight. This finger position enhances the Earth element within.
While inhaling through your nostrils contract your perineum, sex organs, and pull your navel towards your spine.
On the exhalation through your nose, release the navel, sex organs, and perineum.
Imagine that you pull in and up the solid energy of the Mother Earth into your first chakra. Allow yourself to feel belonging and that you have the right to be here.
