Sophia Trieste is a licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork™ PanchaKarma Practitioner, Evolutionary Astrologer, and Yoga Teacher residing in Santa Barbara. Over the past decade, Sophia has been offering her services in the Healing Arts while continuing her education of Eastern Medicine, Astrology, and Yogic Philosophy. Most recently, her passions have led her to Bali, Peru, and Costa Rica where she became certified as a Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healer. Sophia's purpose resides in service.
