Palma offers a range of healing modalities rooted in ancient practices, all designed to support your clarity, balance, and overall well-being. Our work centers on cultivating inner peace and vitality, while also fostering a sense of connection and community along the way. Founded by Meredith Markworth-Pollack- a creative, holistic facilitator, and healer, embodied by her calling to cultivate community through beauty and mindfulness. After twenty years working as a Costume Designer for film + tv, she pursued her true calling as a leader in the wellness and spiritual space, founding PALMA Colectiva. She brings her understanding of nurturing design, collective experiences, and conscious leadership to the events she creates. She resides in Santa Barbara with her two daughters, Paz and Alma.
