Breath of Glow
Breathing Technique: 3-5 minutes
Find a comfortable sitting position with your spine erect, either cross legged on the floor or on a chair with both feet touching the ground.
Inhale through the nose softly and then exhale strongly through the nose, feel the belly button go to the spine on the exhale.
MUDRA (hands): Interlace the fingers, pointer finger pointing down, thumbs touching up. Place under the belly button.
This exercise works the rectum, the genitals, the kidneys, like an internal massage: exhaling all the stale air from the base.
